Edmund is a systems and management consultant with nearly three decades of business and teaching experience. This includes twenty eight years of involvement with computer systems as a programmer, systems analyst and designer, manager, company executive and tutor.

Ed is a network engineer and systems programmer. He is a practical engineer noted for his ability to listen to users' problems and provide effective solutions. Ed is a Novell Master Certified NetWare Engineer (MCNE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), a Cisco Design Specialist (CDS), an IBM Professional Server Expert (PSE), an IBM Professional Server Specialist (PSS), an IBM LanServer Engineer (LSE), and a Krone Accredited Master Optical Fibre specialist just to mention a few of the Qualifications that he holds. Edmund is licensed by the Australian Communications Authority (formerly Austel) to deploy cabling for communications, and LAN, including coaxial, category 5 twisted pair, and optical fibre on customer premises .
